Everyone in the church was watching the radiant bride as her father escorted her down the aisle to give her away.
The reached the altar and the waiting groom; the bride kissed her father and placed something in his hand.
Everyone in the church was wondering what it was that had passed from daughter to father. The father could feel all eyes on him and sense the extreme curiosity of the congregation, wanting him to reveal what had passed between them.
After a few moments of suspense he decided to relieve the tension and announced:
"Ladies and Gentlemen, today is the luckiest day of my life!" Then raised his hand containing what his daughter had passed him and continued:
"My daughter finally returned my credit card to me!"
The whole congregation, and the priest, started laughing... as a doomed expression appeared on the face of the groom.
