Well, it's been 7 full days since I smoked my last cigarette. I haven't slipped, even a little bit. Not a drag, not a whif of someone else's cigarette. Nothing !
CHEER FOR ME !!
It's been very difficult. VERY difficult ! I still have strong cravings, several times a day. The first two days were hell. I have to fight myself not to run out & bum a cig from someone. But, I'm absolutely determined to be a full fledged non-cigarette-smoker. So, I refuse to give in to the nicotine addiction.

I still smoke weed though. Because ... you know. lol

YeaH you go girl, well done on giving up the ciggies... I gave up for 10 years and bang fell down, it only took a week of the occasional sneeky puff before I was hooked again so DON'T RISK IT Girl... They are an evil thing and I would give it away again but I haven't got the desire nor strenght to do it again. You watch soon you will truely be free of the demon tobacco and you will wonder why you ever did it... You are very clever and it's good that you are doing it... maybe I'll try again oneday.

Hang in there. I smoked for 30 years and it took me about 6 months to totally quit. I started out with 1 1/2 patches and still smoked about 4 or 5 a day for awhile. I bought tobacco and tried to roll my own and couldn't.. Always had to used two papers to roll wacky tobaccy and even then friends would look at my joints and laugh... so I bought a cigarette roller. I just made it really inconvenient for me to do and eventually it worked... I have been smoke free for about 7 years.
