Hi guys! We just got back from Daytona and thought I'd share some pics. The kids loved the ocean and I got fried to a crisp.

So how many times did you or your husband threaten to "turn this thing around". Were you able to drive straight through without a million bathroom breaks? That would be amazing! Bet you had plenty of video games and dvds!

I didn't notice the pics until you pointed it out LOL. Did Queeny go to? I saw the skelton in one of the pics!

We were at Ormond Beach, good eye!. We stayed in Ormond by the Sea. We went to Daytona but we weren't impressed at all. It was so nice just to walk acroos the street and go swimming.

It really is nice to be so close to the ocean isn't it. I found Daytona to be very pleasant when I went in December. It was beautiful, warm, and hardly anyone was there! on top of that we had the most incredible Indian food ever. but as you said, Daytona was not terribly impressive.

What a trip. I am # 3 of six kids, my parents packed us into a station wagon and off to Florida we went.( and my mothers little poodle too) It was a cramped and miserable ride, but it was a trip I will always remember. The first day there, we had snow flurries! Looks like you had a great time!
