well nagens office put out the 90% full booked... but basic city services still are not restored... and just to pick numbers out of 100,000 rooms 90,000 is pretty darn good... but 40,000 roomms out of 50,000 rough equivalent of only half the hotel rooms are fit to be habited...leaves 50,000 hotel rooms that arent producing income... not a recovery as Nagen wants you to believe... I guess the " chocolate city " still isnt recovered... but the looting and shootings are what level again???

Nagan at one point thought he was Willey Fucking Wonka, but his Chocolate City never came to fruition. Its still Americas toilet.

I'm not real good in crowds so never there in mardi gras... but I was there for a seminar maybe a month or so before Katrina and it was very nice... I would try someday for the party but would need a nice hotel room with a good view of the street..heh
