I'd beat my computer senseless.

It wouldn't boot this morning, so I kept trying to repair. Then tried a reinstall of the OS. It kept giving me errors.

This all started at about 9:00AM.

I FINALLY got it working about 20 minutes ago. Only to have the modem driver disk not read.

Okay.

Deep breath.

It read.

I'm connected.

I'm happy.

I hate my computer.

What was the boot error? I'm sure you would love to hear an easy solution that would have had you up and running within 20 minutes :)

i hate my computer too.... it is in every way evil, the anti-christ lives in the tower with satan controling the os, and all of hell's minions attacking my memory.... that is why i use my schools computers... they're ok, better than mine.... but satan still controls the os, i think he made the os... oh no that was bill gates....oh well, my sympathy goes out to you
