from personal experience, school administrators are not to be trusted even if they say the sun will rise tomorrow. Most of the time with stories like this, I'll give the kid the benefit of the doubt, unless something doesn't seem to make sense.

If you have a link another story written about this, I'd be glad to read it. Until then, this incident seems like straight-forward administator incometence.

It's weird tho theres about 35 incidents with bb or pellet guns... maybe too much emphasis on red ryder.. and not enough on reading, writing and arithmatic.
