Litter may be bad for the enviroment, but it is job creation!
When someone who cleans sees me litter they should thank me on their bended knee!
I put food on his/her table at night!

I'd never ask or expect anyone to 'thank me on thier bended knee' just cuz I 'put food on their table'.
Why dont YOU bend over & thank people before you ask other people to bend for you?!

how about instead leaving that money for drunk driving enforcement.. or feeding hungry children...or catching drug dealers .. or killing terrorists... Litterbugs are just slobs.

And 50 $ for each item thrown still isnt expensive enough.

Litterers need to be cleaning septic systems, with their tongues... that fits the crime.
