Everyone needs to see this movie. The stunts are painful and stupid, but it's halarious. I almost vomited from the grossness and pooped myself fron the hilarity. See it. *you must have a very strong stomach though*

I also do hanging leg raises, where my legs are straight when I bring them up to work my lower abs and obliques. I typically do 20 reps per set, around 4 sets or so.
Then to isolate obliques I do side raises. I do around 20-30 reps per set.
Last week my sides hurt so bad I didn't think I was going to be able to sleep.
