my apologies if this is a repost!

Donald Rumsfeld walks in to the Oval Office to inform President Bush that 3 Brazilians were killed today in the war on terror. Much to everyone's surprise, The President becomes very emotionaland starts going into hysterics. After The President has regained his composure he asks "Just how many is a brazilian?"
