I have just finished upgrading from Windows ME to XP. Not everythings happy though, so we got a friend of ours in and he said that the best way of dealing with the problems is to upgrade my computer (hardware) and to then reinstall XP. So in a few days time I'll be getting a much better computer. As he put it (roughly), my computer is like a mini trying to pull a truck! I'm going to be glad to have my computer running well (and fast!) and to be getting back to doing my normal stuff. Damn computers can suck when they want to!

Windows ME was a dog of a operating system. I had a laptop that came with it and went to go backwards to Windows 2000 Pro and still had problems, so the machine was more than capable of handling the operating system.
If you continue to have problems after the upgrade the best thing is to take it to a computer shop and have them take care of it otherwise you will probably throwing good money after bad.
People will forget what you did.
But people will never forget how you made them feel.
