Alright, well then follow the advice listed below. Especially the salty water one. It sounds disgusting but it really works. If you want some serious numbing power use Sucrets.

Vick's makes a chloraseptic throat spray. I highly recommend it. It has a slight numbing agent in it, so you will feel better immediately.
