I just feel it's well past time to make parents acocuntable for their children's actions. if they screw up like that, parents should be held responsible, not some video game. Maybe throw the parents in jail for somethingl ike assisting with manslaughter or something like that.

I agree. Why are kids under 18 called "minors"? Its because they aren't "adults" in the eyes of the law. Therefore, the adults who own the minors should be held accountable for the actions of the minors. Then when the parent is tired of paying out $2000 fines every month for their little bastard miscreant, maybe they will nut up and be a parent to the poor son of a bitch.
