We have aquired a new pet in the Kiepay house. It's a Mini Rex. If anyone has any info on this pet let me know. I've never had a bunny before. I've researched it online but I'd rather hear from people that has actually owned one.

I have no idea why the date say March of 2005. I replaced the battery but the date usually stays correct.

Go figure.

You can check in a pet store.
We used to have bunnies, long long long time ago. They reproduce as fast as the speed of light, so I hope you have only one.
Give him veggies, and some dry food from the pet store. And dont forget lots water!
Maybe you should also have a powder against flies.
And keep the cage/living area clean.

We only got the one. She seems to be really friendly so far. We are keeping her indoors and let her hop around the house for a couple hours a day. She was only 6 weeks old when we got her, so hopefully she get used to being picked up and handled when she get older.

If its like any rabbit Ive ever seen, it will start eating your carpet 20 minutes ago.

But I have seen rabbits become litterbox trained like a cat, so you're in luck there if you have the time to litterbox train a rabbit.

My parents raise rabbits for their vermiculture projects. They are all handraised and and as sweet as kittens. Make sure you pet and hold the rabbit as much as she will allow. You will have to clip her toenails as they grow very long and will eventually begin to hurt her. We went to the library and got some really good books on the care of rabbits. Congrats on your new pet!!

I know someone who once had a guinea pig. She forgot she had it on the couch and her brother came and sat on it. Its mean but I couldnt stop laughing
