I live in South Africa in a town next to a mountain.
The other day my father and I saw a shipor something hovering
above the mountain. We watched fo about five minutes
before it just vanished. It might be a plane or something
but it was standing stil. We took pics and I will post them when I can.

You may not beleive me but this is what we saw!l

South Africa? Wow, you never know who you will meet here at ugoto.com!

I read about a Unidentified Object crashing off the coast of Africa (I don't remember the whereabouts I want to say western) and a search party was lauched but nothing found about a month ago.

Either there is activity or there is military testing going on there. I thought by the Alien headline the Mexican's started arriving there too!

i can't say i've ever seen one myself, but my opinion is the galaxy is way too big, let alone the universe, to contain just us.

Did you see it night or during day light?
There are so many planes around here (well, its London), and sometimes when they fly towards your direction for long time, it seems like a still light object (the light from their front lights- it is damn strong) , until they turn & 'disappear'. I see that all the time. So it can be that.
Or maybe just some kind of balloon (weather/hot air baloon) reflecting light. It can be many things.
And yeah, it can also be aliens. But you know, it seem wierd to me, why would they come all the way to earth, for such short time and leave?

Hmm well not to be a doubting thomas but i don't know if it was an alien. Don't get me wrong, i mean anything is possible, and i mean anything. However, a more rational explanation could be a plane, or if it was standing still a helicopter. I don't know about south africa but here (california) or at least in the United States in general there is a wide range in the technology that we think the government can produce and what they actually could. If it was a remote location, it might have just been a test for something. But who knows.

maby one of the people had to pee and they had no bathroom... imagine ur sitting at the dinner and an alien walks in ... not a pretty thing is gona take place. unless ur a hillbilly then u get them drunk as f**k and take them home and keep em as a pet
