i have a perfect best friend and i'm like expected to live up to her well i can't she's too perfect she wins every single award there is...well i thought i wuz supposed to be proud being accepted into yale (no scholarship) but she got into harvard (with a scholarship) she's so ugh sometimes i feel like just leaving her! she gets like good marks on everything A+ on essays and all that sh*t...and my parents have high expectations for me they want me to be a lawyer and stuff but like being around my best friend has just squished my confidence...wat do i do?

If shes in your face about it all the time and constantly puts you down I can understand if you dont wish to be her friend anymore. But if she is truely being your friend I suggest you just be happy for her and just concentrate on doing your best in your studies. You have your own special talents and she has hers. No one is perfect

I have to agree with mllow cat if she's thrwing it in your face get rid, but if its just yo that has the problem just try and feel better about your acheivements you obviously are very bright to be in yale i never even when to college yet alone university (had kids young) everyoes perfect in there own little way
