I think it is useless because the government already knows how it will vote -- whichever way they think the majority of voters want them too! It is ashame how so many critize these illegal immigrants, without knowing the facts. The fact is many would do anything to become legal and to have come here legally , but bureaucratic laws make it almost imposible for them. Also it is funny how most Americans have forgotten that their ancesters probably came here illegally! There are only one group of peoples who can say that they and their ancestors were never immigrants - The Native American Indians! As far as I personally go I am a first generation American, both my parents immigrated from Cuba , before Castro and legally - though that is not important, what is important is that they both became Legal Citizens and that they both worked hard, paided taxes, and contributed to the economy! This is the same case for most immigrants -- THEY JUST WANT A BETTER LIFE! America has forgotten it was founded on Immigrants, and not all immigrants are Mexican or any other Hispanics, many are Asian, or European! So "Americans who have a dislike of immigrants go read what is engraved on the STATUE OF LIBERTY"!!!!

On the flip side of that I also must admit that I do not agree with the fact that this country has made it so easy for the Spanish speaking immgrants, and in many places also the Chinese, to not LEARN English; by providing everything in their native language! I THINK EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE A LIFE HERE IN THE U.S.A. SHOULD LEARN TO SPEAK ENGLISH! AND LEARN ABOUT THE AMERICAN CULTURE. (THAT DOES NOT MEAN I THINK THEY SHOULD GIVE UP THEIR ORIGINAL CULTURE OR LANGUAGE.) THE MORE LANGUAGES ONE KNOW THE BETTER, AND LEARNING ABOUT OTHER CULTURES HELPS TO UNDERSTAND WHERE OHTER'S MINDSETS ARE COMING FROM - PLUS IT MAKES LIFE MORE INTERESTING!!!!

Can't we all just get along!!!!

my issue is not with immigrants. it is with ILLEGAL immigrants. the fact that they so blantantly defy our laws and then expect us to bend over and take it. Congress won't do anything to stop it either. it just kinda yanks my crank

It aggrevates me everytime Fox comes to visit and they dont load his plane up with illegals going back.

a couple trips with no leg room might do wonders.
