in two months i wont have a home because we were evicted from the trailer park but they have no reason to evict us its just because their evicting 35 old trailers so they can put new ones in.is this legal??

Or contact your local Legal Aid Society.

They should be able to help you.

Katt has the best advice, but if you are paying rent and don't own the land the trailer is on, they can evict you for any reason I'm sure.

If you have a copy of the contract it might stipulate that they can terminate the contract for any reason at any time and give you 30 days to vacate.

My sister sells realestate and is looking into rentals, and its pretty common place to have a 30 day notice clause in the contract.

I hope everything works out for you in the end irregaurdless. Like I said in my other post. Dont give up.
