Whats funny is I could sit here and write up a work out program for someone, and they'd accuse me of finding it through Google.
I could post a picture of what I look like, and someone would say that isn't me. Or they'd say that I don't look like a body builder because I'm not "huge".

But then if I don't, then it must not be real, and I'm talking out my ass.

I'm the best me I can be.

And, as a testament, I'll admit I'm not the biggest, the best, the strongest, the best looking, etc. I have had encounters that might make me feel like I am, but in the end I'm above average and not much more IMHO.

Some people (we won't mention any names) hear the word BODYBUILDER and they instantly think of Ron Coleman, Arnold, Frank Zane, Lou Ferrigno, or anyone else with a Sandow Trophy.
I aint one of them thats for sure. But I am a natural bodybuilder which means I don't use any types of steriods. That makes me 6 foot 2 inches tall, 210 pounds. Thats it. If I were to juice (I have friends that have and do) I'd hit about 250 lbs or so. That would be nice, but not at the cost of a liver, testicles, kidneys, tendons and connective tissues; and brain/psyche. Not to mention most steroids are Class 3 drugs. You're looking at time in a federal prison for possessing them, let alone smuggling them in from Mexico.

But, for those that want to listen to me great!! I appreciate it.
Those that think I'm a faker just prove how ignorant about the subject they really are. Anyone that knows anything about bodybuilding and working out in general would instantly recognize the vernacular I use.

I bet its because its winter and he's all hunkered down in his den.

I hope on Ground Hogs day someone picks Gary Coleman up out of his hole. I heard that if Gary Coleman sees his shadow we'll have another 4 weeks of winter.

The idea of Gary Coleman alone repulses me.

But, Gary Coleman in cole slaw sounds mighty tasty.
